The Perfect Home Care Among Exhibitors at Senior Expo
Senior Care in White Plains NY
“Seniors represent the heart and soul of this great county.”
The words above were spoken by Kevin J. Plunkett, Deputy County Executive of Westchester County, NY. He was among the speakers to address the estimated 1,300 people who attended ‘Salute to Seniors 2016,’ an annual event sponsored by Westchester County.
The theme of this year’s event, the 48th annual, was the “Fabulous Fifties.” It featured live performances that included “The 1950’s Rewind Show,”and an impersonator of rock ‘n roll icon Little Richard. The spirited performances were held on the large stage of the Westchester County Center in White Plains, NY, the venue for the event.
The entertainment took place in the early afternoon, following a busy morning during which the attendees visited the event’s main feature, a “Business and Services Expo.” The expo consisted of some 95 booths sponsored by an assortment of companies, hospitals, medical professionals, and government agencies offering goods or services of interest to seniors. The Perfect Home Care was among the exhibitors.
“We had hundreds of people visit our booth. Many of them were very interested in learning what types of services we offer,” said Phil Waga, co-owner of The Perfect Home Care. “It was a great opportunity to for us get better acquainted with the constituency we serve.”
