Extraordinary! That’s how we would characterize the care provided for our 77-year-old aunt. Not only are your caregivers first rate, but Phil, the agency’s president, goes above and beyond in managing our aunt’s well-being. Our aunt has grown fond of Phil. His hands-on approach helps sooth her mood. Phil also makes certain that the aides are addressing our aunt’s special requirements. We would not hesitate to recommend your agency.

For most of the last three years, your agency’s aides – Julie and Cynthia – have provided around-the-clock care. The aides were clearly committed to making my mom as comfortable as possible. My 95-year-old father, a retired ophthalmologist, never spared an ounce of compassion in caring for his patients during a career that lasted five decades. He treated them all with kindness, love and dignity.
Needless to say, he deserved the same treatment, as he spent his final days in an assisted living facility in Tarrytown, NY. Thanks to The Perfect Home Care, he received such treatment. The aides assigned by the agency provided around-the-clock care, tirelessly committing themselves to making my father as comfortable as possible each and every minute of the day. My mother was living comfortably in an assisted living facility for two years, taking part in daily activities, strolling around the place and interacting with the other residents. One day, she fell and was taken to the hospital. Tests determined that shewas fine, but would need some assistance when she returned to the facility.
We quickly contacted The Perfect Home Care, and they were so very responsive. Every aide they provided was articulate and engaging. They were so helpful and experienced that soon my mother could get around by herself and the aides were no longer needed. The Perfect Home Care was wonderful to work with, and I truly appreciate their help. If we are ever in need of an aide again, I will certainly contact The Perfect Home Care.

I’m so pleased with the care my wife has been receiving from The Perfect Home Care that I felt compelled to write this note of appreciation. My wife was once a prolific realtor. But now she’s a shell of what she once was. She rarely travels outdoors, as she’s been immobilized by wobbly legs. She suffers from Alzheimer’s. And her speech has grown slow and hesitant. Her activity is very limited. Her days consist largely of going from her bed to the couch in the den. Because I’m still active, it’s very important that I have reliable caregivers here to assist with my wife, as she can’t be left alone during the day. My beloved husband recently passed away. Needless to say, my family and I miss him terribly. I don’t hesitate in writing that The Perfect Home Care lives up to its name. The service the agency provided for my close relative, Edith, was exceptional. My father, while suffering from the early onset of dementia, remains very active, with a quick wit and an abundance of energy. When it became apparent that he could no longer be left alone during the day, I was concerned that it might be a challenge to find an aide capable of keeping pace with him. The requirements included that the aide drive, be a good conversationalist, and be very engaging. Someone recommended that we hire The Perfect Home Care. It turned out to be a great recommendation.
The Perfect Home Care provided two aides – Gene and Tim – who divide their time caring for my dad. They are both first-rate companions who have developed strong bonds with my father. Indeed, my father looks forward to their company. I’m writing to commend and thank Gene and Tim for the great job they’ve been doing in caring for my dad.

I’m confident in saying that my 102-yer-old mother was in very good hands, thanks to the excellent team of caregivers assembled by The Perfect Home Care. The caregivers – Tia, Tamonda, and Rosemarie – were extraordinary performers, with each takinga shift to seamlessly provide around-the-clock care. They were always prompt, attentive and compassionate. They performed their duties with smiles on their faces, always striving to make certain my mother was happy and comfortable.
It’s also worth noting that I enjoyed an excellent relationship with the management of The Perfect Home Care. Their communication skills were exceptional, including making regular in-person visits. My family, especially my 83-year-old father, was recently faced with the challenge of providing 24-hour care for my seriously ill, bed-ridden mother. While my mom, 81, was receiving hospice care, we quickly realized that the demands of her illness required supplemental support, so we reached out to The Perfect Home Care for help. The response from The Perfect Home Care was extraordinary. They immediately met our requirement of providing caregivers to cover two shifts.
Soon we realized that we needed three shifts, and once again they were able to deliver an excellent caregiver without missing a beat. We were delighted with the skills of the caregivers. They were all exceptional performers. Each went above and beyond every day to make my mother as comfortable as possible. My father was thrilled with their performance. I’m writing to commend The Perfect Home Care for the excellent team of caregivers you provided to care for my 68-year-old sister, Janet. All the aides have been exceptional, especially Josephine, who has developed a close relationship with Janet. Indeed, Josephine goes above and beyond every day to address my sister’s needs. For instance, Janet has difficulty walking, and uses a walker. Josephine has grown familiar with Janet’s hobbled gait, mitigating what might otherwise be a serious fall risk.
Thanks to Josephine, daily walks and outings, including shopping trips, are now a reality. The freedom of being able to leave the house has really been a boon to Janet’s wellness. For that we are very grateful to Josephine and The Perfect Home Care.
